5, 10, and 15-Minute Calls

  • Before your call: Full refund, no questions asked
  • Technical issues: Full refund or free replacement call
  • Unsatisfied with reading: Contact us within 24 hours for review

If you experience connection problems, audio issues, or any technical difficulties during your call, contact us immediately and we will either provide a full refund or schedule a replacement call at no additional charge.

Video Reading Refunds

1-Minute and 2-Minute Videos

  • Before video is generated: Full refund
  • Video not delivered within 24 hours: Full refund or priority re-creation
  • Technical issues with video: Free re-creation or full refund
  • Name mispronounced: Free re-creation

Due to the personalized nature of our video readings, we cannot offer refunds simply because you didn't like the content of your reading. However, if there are any technical issues, errors with your personal information, or quality problems, we will make it right.

  • Before any services used: Full refund
  • Partial use: Prorated refund for unused services

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with:

  3. The reason for your refund request

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction with the spiritual content of a reading (readings are for entertainment)
  • Failure to use purchased services within 90 days

  • Fraudulent or abusive refund requests
  • Change of mind after video has been generated and delivered

Chargebacks
